2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or pricing errors. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — all over Pakistan
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• Direct bank transfer (Bank Alfalah)

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time: 3–7 working days across Pakistan
• Shipping fee: Rs. 200 on orders below Rs. 5,000
• FREE shipping on orders of Rs. 5,000 or above
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation
• We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

• Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
• Original tags and labels must be intact
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item
• For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

5. Product Authenticity

We guarantee 100% authentic products sourced directly from authorised brand distributors and official suppliers. If you ever receive a counterfeit product, we will issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Reproduce or distribute our content without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability
